The key challenge facing our clients today is the huge shortage of high calibre individuals, with relevant experience and a proven record. It is therefore essential that we use a variety of methods to attract and retain these candidates and that our clients are offered sound advice on ways to overcome this shortage. In addition to the usual methods to obtain candidates, such as advertising / database search we also have access to a wide network of passive and exclusive candidates built up over a number of years and available via MIT only.
